At BookMix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Digital Content Purchases
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of individual videos, books, or other digital content are generally final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
However, we understand that issues may arise. We offer refunds for digital content purchases under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the content, which our support team cannot resolve within 5 business days
- Content that is materially different from its description
- Accidental purchase (if you haven't accessed or downloaded the content and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase)
To request a refund for digital content, please contact our support team at support@bookmix.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Free Trial Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription during the free trial period, you will not be charged. To avoid charges, you must cancel before the free trial period ends.
2.2 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the current billing period.
2.3 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase or renewal. If you cancel within 30 days, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel after 30 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no refund will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription.
2.4 How to Cancel a Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your BookMix account
- Go to "Account Settings"
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts

3. Bundle Purchases
For bundle purchases (collections of multiple videos or books), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have downloaded more than 25% of the content included in the bundle.
4. Educational and Enterprise Purchases
For educational institutions and enterprise customers, refund policies are outlined in your specific service agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager for details.
5. Refund Process
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing time typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that:
- Fall outside the timeframes specified in this policy
- Show patterns of abuse or fraud
- Violate our Terms of Service
However, we evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis and may make exceptions under extenuating circumstances.
